By car

1.Take the National Highway No. 1 and exit at Nankan Interchange. Drive on Chunri Road (Provincial Highway No. 4), and turn right onto Nanping Road. Go straight until reaching Zhongzheng Road. (About 2 km from the interchange.)

2.Take the National Highway No. 2, and exit at Taoyuan Interchange. Drive on Daxing West Road and turn left on Zhongzheng Road. (About 2 km from the interchange.)

By public transportation

1.After getting off at Taoyuan Train Station, walk on Zhongzheng Road, and turn left onto Zhonghua Road. Take the Taoyuan Bus 151 or 152 in front of Tonlin Plaza, and get off at Zhongzheng Arts District Station.

By public transportation

1.Take City Bus Route 1, get off at Taoyuan Station "Zhongli Motor Vehicles Office" and walk along Zhongmei Road about 5 minutes.

2.Take the Taiwan Railway and get off at Zhongli Station. Go to the exit at the front of the station and walk along Yuanhua Road about 10 minutes.

3.Take the THSR and get off at Taoyuan Station, transfer to THSR Express Bus (#170), which takes about 20 minutes and arrive to the Zhongli Station. Get off at this station and walk along Yuanhua Road about 10 minutes.

The Hall has an underground parking lot with 46 spaces for cars. Visitors may also choose from the nearby Central Underground Parking Lot or the Yangping Road Three-Dimensional Parking Lot.

2.Take the National Highway No. 2, and exit at Taoyuan Interchange. Drive on Daxing West Road and turn right on Zhongzheng Road. Go straight until reaching Sec. 2, Sanmin Road.

By public transportation

1.After getting off at Taoyuan Train Station, walk on Zhongzheng Road, and turn left onto Zhonghua Road. Take the Taoyuan Bus 151 or 152 in front of Tonlin Plaza, and get off at Sanmin Road District Station.
